ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

2:15 pm to 3:00pm: Registration, Renewal and payment of Memberships.
3:00pm Start of Meeting.
AGENDA:
- Presidents Introduction and address to members.
- Secretary reads out minutes of previous AGM
- Financial Report
- Proposal to change the Constitution and to vote on the following Resolutions.
First Resolution:
Part III THE COMMITTEE: Clause 13. Constitution and Membership:
Section 1) part (b) 9 ordinary members of the committee
to be changed to
“Part III THE COMMITTEE: Clause 13. Constitution and Membership:
Section 1) part (b) 3 to 9 ordinary members of the committee”
Second Resolution:
Proposal to change Association name of Greek Australian Professionals Association GAPA to the following proposed name:
“The Greek Australian Professionals and Business Association”
Third Resolution:
Proposal to add to Constitution – To introduce a Free Life Membership.
- General Business
- Election of New Committee members.
People attending AGM meeting must be up to date with membership fees, if you are not up to date with fees, you can pay your membership on the day either by cheque or cash. If you cannot attend the meeting you may choose to fill in a proxy form and a financial member may vote on your behalf.
After meeting coffee, tea and refreshments to be served.
